In Home Sports Physicals

Rebel Healthcare offers convenient, in-home sports physicals for middle and high school students—no trips to the clinic needed. A licensed provider will come directly to your home to complete all required physicals for school sports participation. We do not offer college, boxing, or Special Olympics physicals.
